F2D Mature Movers is back — but places are limited!
Join us for a fun, friendly and uplifting dance class designed to help you keep moving, build confidence and enjoy the music you love in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Whether you are returning to dance, trying something new or simply looking for a positive way to stay active, this class is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy movement at your own pace.
Our Mature Movers come together each week to move, laugh, socialise and enjoy learning uplifting routines in a relaxed, supportive setting where everyone is encouraged to take part in a way that feels right for them.
Spaces are kept limited so that the class stays comfortable, personal and easy to follow.
With only 16 spaces available each week, early booking is strongly recommended to secure your place and avoid missing out.
No Pressure
There is no pressure and no experience needed — just a welcoming class, great music, gentle encouragement and a brilliant way to stay active while having fun with others.
The sessions are a lovely chance to lift your mood, meet new people and enjoy the feel-good benefits of dance in a friendly community atmosphere.
