Our Mature Movers classes are gentle, low-impact dance and movement sessions designed to keep you active, improve mobility and support your overall wellbeing. Set to music you know and love, every class takes place in a friendly, welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can move at their own pace.

Line Dance
Our Line Dance classes are fun, friendly and suitable for all abilities. Learn a variety of easy-to-follow routines set to fantastic music while improving coordination, balance and fitness in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you're new to line dancing or have danced for years, you'll enjoy great music, lots of laughter and the chance to make new friends along the way.

Ballroom & Latin
Our Ballroom & Latin classes offer both Solo and Partner options, making them perfect whether you want to dance independently or with a partner. Learn a variety of Ballroom and Latin styles while developing technique, musicality, confidence and coordination in a fun and welcoming environment.
Whether you're taking your first steps or returning to the dance floor, our classes are suitable for all abilities and focus on enjoying dance while building new skills and friendships.
